1. ACCOMMODATION BOOKING
1.1 Payment terms
• Deposit: €300 due at the time of booking
• Balance: due no later than May 4, 2026
1.2 Cancellation policy
1.3 Exceptions
In case of hospitalization or family bereavement, a full refund may be requested even after June 1, 2026, upon submission of:
• Hospital admission certificate, or
• Death certificate attesting to the bereavement

3. GENERAL PROVISIONS
3.1 Tutte le richieste di cancellazione devono essere inviate in forma scritta all'indirizzo email ho*********@****************ce.it.
3.2 The cancellation date is the date on which the written notification is received.
3.3 Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 30 days of the request, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
3.4 The organization reserves the right to cancel the event due to force majeure. In such cases, participants will be entitled to a full refund of all amounts paid.
4. ACCEPTANCE
By confirming the booking and/or registration, the participant declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Cancellation Terms and Conditions.
